Mahatma Ghanid of the Internet Ministry of the God Particle Proclaims the Abba Krishna Is Online Psychically 24/7 and Hears Every Hare Krishna Rama When You Chant the Sacred Maha Mantras

The mother had been working in Dubai for three straight years since the start of her contract of employment. She was a career schoolteacher in the elementary grades in Iriga City in the idyllic deep South of Luzon island called the Bicol Peninsula in the Philippines. Her little boy, the apple of her eye, was growing up fast and a providential fund needed to be put away to secure his future and college education.

The father was a subsistence farmer whose half hectare farm provided just enough for their year round nutritional requirements plus a little surplus for the upkeep of the domicile. They enjoyed the sweet life under the benevolent shadow of majestic Mt. Iriga that framed the whole city and environs with a vigilant monstrosity. It was a tearful uprooting for the erstwhile closely knit family to see the mother take off for a more lucrative occupation in distant shores.

She counted the days and the hours until her stint lapsed to the renewal stage when she could go home for a visit. Her boss tried to make her stay by saying if she signed up for an extension on the spot she would be entitled to receive a substantial bonus. She thought twice about the prospects as the incentive amount could hasten the building of the nest egg. During a long distance talk with her darling boy who pleaded with her to come home, she decided that family bonding was more important this time than economic investment

It was a hectic affair of cheerful send offs from office colleagues who wished her well then strained her airline baggage allowance to the limit with their own packets for delivery to their respective families back home. Last minute shopping for homecoming gifts for the extended family network plus the giveaways for the neighbors and friends built up to the nerve wracking ordeal of having to pack them in boxes that needed to be weighed and measured to conform to official airport dimensions and limits.

Then she was finally on the plane winging for home. She tried to get a wink but couldn’t out of creeping excitement to see her favorite boy and the rest of the family of course. It seems the flight counted for longer than the three years in the Emirate. She was half asleep but wide eyed like a zombie when Manila bay hovered into view by the canopy window. Tears streamed down her cheeks in relief, gladness, anticipation, and gratitude. She mumbled a silent prayer of thanksgiving to the Lord

The father brought a whole entourage of relatives and neighbors in a rented jeepney to the airport in Manila 10 hours travel north as a meet and greet band. Back in Iriga city, the Grandma who filled in to oversee the preparations for the grand welcome shooed off the young kid to the school bus with a promise of a big surprise awaiting him when he came home in the afternoon. The frenzied activity for the party struck a curious note in the expectant boy. The Game Boy his Mom was to hand carry back home as his gift danced in his head.

The tired caravan finally wobbled into the driveway with creaking tires at around 3 PM. The greetings were profuse all around and the weary returnee forgot her aching body and ran to the arms of her loved ones. She barely touched the lavish display of comfort food set on the table in her over excitement. “Where’s Junior?” She craned in all directions to search for her beloved first born. “We decided he should not miss school but don’t worry he is due to arrive any minute now on the school bus”, Grandma explained.

“I’m going to meet him at the bus stop at the corner and surprise him.” She dropped all her unopened stuff in the care of the Grand mom and took off with a bunch of nieces and nephews tugging merrily along. The reason for all her sacrifice was finally coming for a long awaited reunion and she couldn’t wait to catch a glimpse of him as he disembarked from the school bus jeep that delivered him in front of the corner store.

Junior saw her as his school bus approached the stop. “My Mama, Mom,” he shouted and dragged his bag to the exit in his haste to debark and run to his waving mother across the street. Both were ecstatic with joy at the sight of each other. The whole coterie burst out in cheers.

The jubilant boy ran blindly across the street. The mother spied the oncoming car too late by her peripheral vision and opened her mouth in an attempt to yell to warn him but no sound emanated. Screams punctured the scene as the joy descended to horror. The car’s driver jammed on the brakes in a desperate effort to avert the collision but by the vehicle’s momentum it careened forward another ten meters to drag the boy’s lifeless body along.

The mother couldn’t move from the disbelief and the shock. The sun glistened so brightly on her face and the God she knew was up there seemed nowhere within reach to come to her succor now in this dire moment of an ironic twist of fate. All sound disappeared. Everything moved in eerie pantomime. The father’s mask of disconsolation didn’t register with accompanying real life turbulence. The boy’s mangled body under the bloody tires and the smeared welts on the sun baked pavement seemed to belong to another world.

The Abba Krishna heard her cries of anguish thru His psychic channels. The lapping of solar flares and storms in His Creation have predictable patterns with unscripted lives of their own. This one time in the blue planet earth a few latitudes above the equator such a tragic occurrence ravaged a faithful follower who lived an exemplary life of sacrifice in which the Abba Krishna formed a central part of.

The Abba Krishna consoled the woman’s consciousness and cuddled it in His Bosom and brought it to a parallel dimension where no such accident occurred.

The woman showered kisses on her little one with tears of sheer joy as they clinched in front of the convenience store while she fervently mumbled thanksgiving to the God in her heart.
